1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (order check, quality review, and packing). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery timelines

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your PIN code, courier partner, and local conditions. These are estimates and may vary during festivals or adverse weather.

3. Shipping charges

Standard shipping is shown at checkout (currently a flat rate of ₹79 unless a free-shipping offer applies). Final charges are always confirmed before you place the order.

4. Tracking

After dispatch you will receive tracking details by email/SMS where available. You can also use Track / My Orders after logging in.

5. COD & prepaid

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes and prepaid checkout. Prepaid orders may receive promotional discounts when announced on the site.

6. Failed delivery

Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or repeated non-response, re-shipping charges may apply.
