Thank you for shopping at Shree Ram Vastralay. Please read this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before purchase.
General policy
- 7-day window: You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Store credit / exchange: Approved returns are typically settled as store credit or exchange, unless we advise otherwise for a specific case.

Unboxing video requirement
To process returns fairly, please keep a clear 360° unboxing video:
- Show the sealed package from all angles
- Start recording before opening if the parcel looks damaged
- Open the package on camera and show the product condition
Note: Requests without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging is damaged, record a video before accepting/opening and contact us immediately with the footage and order ID.
Return & exchange process
- Share order ID, reason, photos/video, and preferred resolution (size exchange / store credit).
- If approved, return the unused product with original tags and packaging as instructed.
- Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- After inspection at our end, credit/exchange is usually processed within 24–72 business hours.
Please track your return shipment. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit before they reach us.
Non-returnable
- Products returned used, washed, altered, or without tags
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Customised or final-sale items marked as non-returnable
Size exchanges
Please check the size chart before ordering. Repeated wrong-size exchanges may attract a handling fee; we will inform you before processing.
